Billings leads Dubai Capitals to ILT20 title.

Captain for the Kent Spitfires, Sam Billings has lifted the International League T20 with his Dubai Capitals side defeating Desert Vipers by four wickets in the Final at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Congratulations, a superb performance. Well done all!
