James Fedorowicz (BF 91) runs the Saragusta Spirits Co, a specialist producer of small batch, hand crafted spirits based in Cambridgeshire.
Services
The company uses the single shot method of distillation in a Portuguese Alembic Copper Still to create its gin, a traditional process which yields the highest quality, smoothest gin ensuring every drop contacts the copper still.
Saragusta launched its flagship gin, “Knot Garden” in December 2020 which proved to be a sell-out success; it is now developing further exciting products to increase its range.
Knot Garden is available in a few select Cambridgeshire retailers or delivery can be arranged to your doorstep! (UK only at the moment).
