The Haileybury Society was delighted to host an OH Reunion in the Secret Room at the W hotel in Bangkok on 26th January 2026. We were represented by Robin Bishop (Former Staff 1984-2012, HM Batten and Former General Secretary of the Society) together with his wife Helen (Honorary Member), assisted by our new local Overseas Secretary Teerus Boon-Long (BF 94).
Teerus chose this hotel, which was formerly the Russian Embassy, as it is an amazing venue – a C19th building which is an Art Historian’s paradise.
Over an a la carte dinner prepared by the hotel’s Michelin star restaurant, happy Haileybury memories were shared by old friends and new acquaintances were made amongst the OHs who live and work in Thailand.
The Society is so grateful to Robin, Helen and Teerus for helping us to make this event happen, and to everyone who attended.
