It was a pleasure to hear of Haileybury connections coming together in Uganda recently. Cory Carver-Grenside (B 74) visited his son Will, who is currently posted in Uganda with the British High Commission supporting refugees from neighbouring countries. While there, Cory and Will also spent time with Lizzie Hughes (H13), who is working as Assistant Manager at the Haileybury Youth Trust (HYT).
HYT trains young local people in climate-friendly construction, helping to build schools, homes and water tanks. A wonderful example of the Haileybury network making a positive impact overseas.
