We are delighted and very proud to share the news that OH James Dahl (L 93), Master of Wellington College and one of the Haileybury Society trustees, has been shortlisted for Headteacher of the Year (Independent) at the Tes Schools Awards 2025 – often described as the Oscars of Education! This prestigious recognition celebrates the very best in UK teaching and leadership across both state and independent schools. Read here the latest Master’s Voice “Serve to Lead”, where James explores how leadership rooted in character, service, and self-awareness is something everyone can learn – not just those with a title.
