Wednesday, 4th December 2024 marked the date of our first in a series of Zoom talks by OHs. It was a delight to introduce Neville Lyons (Th 42) who told the story of the famous Lyon’s Corner House restaurants and Tea Shops. Society members from all over the UK, Cyprus, America, and Canada thoroughly enjoyed Neville’s engaging talk and detailed Power-point presentation about the history of this iconic institution founded by a member of his family.
