We had a truly wonderful day touring IWM Duxford attended by 30 OHs and guests. Huge thanks to Nick Down (A 74/Trustee) who as a Duxford volunteer was able to arrange a very special extended tour of a Lancaster bomber.

Feedback already received from the day:
‘thanks and gratitude for organising the OH trip to Duxford and the tour of the Lancaster, it provided me and my father a rather emotional and eye-opening window in my Grandfathers’ life during the war. An unforgettable day!!
Thank you!’
‘Thank you so much for organising/administering such an excellent day at IWM Duxford. We enjoyed ourselves very much and realise now that one day is totally insufficient to explore the site. We will be back! Please pass on our thanks to all others involved in making the day so successful.’
‘Thank you for organising such a great day!
Steve Butler was a great tour guide – please pass on our thanks’
