Cricket has been played on the fields of Haileybury ever since its first founding as the East India College in 1805.

This in-depth analysis of cricket at Haileybury as a public school begins in 1863 or, more specifically, 1866, when the School played its first official cricket match against Wellington.

David Rimmer (Th 76) then takes us through an historical journey of fixtures, players and results as well as reflecting on some eminent Haileyburian cricketers who have achieved fame at county level and beyond.
