The Haileybury Society is saddened to learn of the death of Timothy (Tim) Fillingham (Ha 74), who has died at the age of 61 on 13th May 2023.

At Haileybury, Tim received his Swimming Wings (Sec) in 1978-9, Athletics Laurels (1979) and was in the XLV (1977-8). His career in the insurance industry began with Andrew Weir Insurance Brokers, before later joining Alexander Howden (subsequently part of Aon).

Tim’s specialism was in energy risk. In 2000 he became chairman of the Natural Resources Division at Aon before creating a new insurance business in 2007. In 2019 he joined McGill and Partners as head of energy.

The Haileybury Society sends its deepest condolences to Tim’s family and friends at this difficult time.
